At SkyTree Phones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mobile experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all devices and accessories. If your new tech isn't the perfect fit, we provide a streamlined process for returns, replacements, and full refunds.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your SkyTree account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device is securely packed in its original packaging with all included chargers and accessories.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
